400 mm diameter Water-wheel for one of my projects.
Designed as a "no screw" and "no glue" kit solution.
Printed parts fit to each other firmly and some are fixed in place with black nylon wire strips (4mm wide).
Printed with ABS (110°C first 5 layers, 100°C rest, 20% honeycomb infill) on Original Prusa i3 MKII without problems (good to print in a room with higher temperature ... about 26°C).
It is possible to avoid printing largest part (side_plus_paddles.stl) replacing it with easier part (side.stl) and than design paddles separately, but than glue or acetone binding is required.
I am sure it can be scaled up or down a little bit.
Print smaller amount of parts and try to fit them first, if you use PLA or PETG.
It is a good idea to use brims at least 2mm. I used 3mm on mine.
Design your own center with ball bearing of your choice. I will post my soon.
... oh and last but not least :-) ... it looks great in brown color :-)
(FYI - there is an older version on one of the photos (brown wheel), with holes for pegs and some bars are not cleaned of brims so far). Will post better photos as soon as I shoot them.
