Water Supply: anti-drip

The project is intended to save and conserve water in our own home.
It is an anti-drip device that prevents the loss of water once the tap is closed. By turning this device the tap is completely closed avoiding unnecessary water losses.
The device consists of several parts:
- Connector to the tap: it is connected by means of a thread and it is totally hermetical with a protective ring.
- Water outlet: it is the final piece. It is embedded in the upper part of the device preventing the pieces from moving. It also serves as a guide for the interior piece that provides a vertical movement preventing the rotation.
- Turn parts: are several pieces. The first is a piece that by vertical movement closes hermetically the device. And the second is a cylinder that with the help of some guides, when turning it gives the previous one a vertical movement.
- Aerator: It is a very common device in new faucets that help to save water. It will be located in the lower part connected to the water outlet.
The pieces are easily assembled by a click and are completely hermetical and reliable.
All these pieces are easily manufactured using the 3D printing technique, in different materials depending on the function you have.
