NOTE - THIS MODEL IS ALSO OFFERED AT HUGE DISCOUNT AS PART OF A LARGER COLLECTION. See "Urban and Rural Collection" by 3DConco, product ID 1281484 on Turbosquid.

This is a complete scene of an industrial warehouse park typical around plant complexes. The scene includes modular, fully texture-mapped buildings with separate attachments (doors, windows, concrete pads, light fixtures, security cameras, electrical boxes, HVAC blowers and ducts, etc.) to allow easy reconfiguration. The scene also includes a large, high-detail, fully texture-mapped ground panels that link together seamlessly along with a 3D mountainous, texture-mapped, 360-degree backdrop. A seamless texture-mapped sky dome is also included.

This scene is excellent for use as designed, or as a kit for you to reconfigure your own scenes of warehouses, airport hangars, garages, utility buildings, farm structures, industrial plant concepts, etc.

Modeled for polygon efficiency and sized for rapid, "snap-together" placement of parts. Includes a variety of pre-assembled structures. Walls, roofing, trim, and foundations are all modular parts that can be mixed and matched. Many of the metal warehouse structures include 2-sided, textured walls with pre-cut doorways to enable you to quickly create internal as well as external detail. Doors, windows, lights and other fixtures are included as separate, pre-sized parts for easy attachment.

TEXTURES:
Models are textured (unwrapped UVs). All texture and bump maps were generated from cleaned photographic textures for realism. Corrugation details are in the textures and bump maps to keep polygon counts low. There are 4 metal colors included with this kit: faded white, galvanized, desert tan, and olive drab. Their UV Map coordinates are identical; simply swap one map for another in the material to change color.

NOTES REGARDING EXPORTED FORMATS:
- .3ds and .obj files are texture-mapped. .dxf is not.
- .obj has accompanying material [.mtl] file
- Texture maps (color and bump maps) are in .jpg format.
