To install this on a DI3 PLUS you must disassemble your extruder and rotate the stepper motor so that the plug faces the print bed. See pictures for orientation of plug.
^ That part isn't hard. Something like 3 screws to take off and 5 minutes worth of rejiggering.
Modified this belt tensioner to work on the DI3 Plus.
The belts do not rub or cause issues at either extreme.
Installation:
To attach the body you'll need two M4 x 12mm screws and two M4 flat washers.
You have to screw them into the same place as the stock X axis belt screws go. The holes in my machine were not threaded all the way through, but by using a bit of force I managed to thread the screws straight through the plate - so basically, if your screws seem to be bottoming out/too long, keep turning till they start creating their own threads and go through the gantry plate.
I think the knob requires an M3 x 25mm mm screw and an M3 hexnut to mount.
I modified the original STL (this is a remix) in Solidworks, and provided that file in case it's of use to anyone.
Enjoy!
