This is a model of a von Kármán ogive nose cone for a rocket that I created awhile back. Model specifics:

Base radius: 4" (101.2mm)
Fineness ratio: 2.5:1
Overall length: 10" (254mm)

A bit of an overview; a von Kármán ogive is a particular variety of an Haack-series ogive contour - specifically, the Haack solution with minimum drag for a given set of dimensions. The von Kármán ogive is often-used for its desirable drag characteristics in the transonic speed range (0.8-1.2 Mach).

The part file is fully modifiable; I placed bolt holes around the circumference of the base for visual effect but they are free to be changed or deleted as you see fit. The nozzle itself may be resized by changing the two constants, R and L in the contour spline's equation.
