Modern designed single family house on two floors with garage , covered terrace,outdoor kitchen... that is made for actuall investor. Unique designed,modern,highly detailed model with lot of useful 3D models and furniture in kitchen and living room.Model contains house with all the furniture in ,living room,kitchen.... Also feature a custom design terrace with glass roof . Kitchen is actually designed for a known customer and contains Owen,induction plate ,hood,sink,table ,chairs... House is tipical european design, build in Slovenija. This file contains also a architectural dwg plans for two etages. Model is done with sketch up 2019 and rendered with v-ray 4. All textures appliances and furniture equipment is in high resolution,have been checked and are included in scene.Textures are compressed in su file.Model is easy to manipulate and ready to render with v-ray.3ds max user can use sketch up 2008 format, that we can provide upon request.
