This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Here is a victorian shell from one in BmrCT's collection, thanks to BmrCT. I liked the house so much that I could invision its floor plan even though it was a hollow shell so I gave it a floor plan. What you have are stairs as soon as you walk into the entry. To the left is adining room, to the right is the living room with a window seat. In the back you have the kitchen. The kitchen was designed so you can put a round breakfast table in the center. Off to the side of that is a powder room with a bifold pantry directly next to it. In the far back are the basement stairs and the servant's stairway, you know, like in those old houses. The basement stairs are there, not under the main stairs. That is where the coat closet is. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. Up where the gothic window is above the front door is a sitting nook. That's the tour. The cosmetic features have been updated and altered some as you can see when comparing it to the original house. Windows have either been added or removed. Both porches were cosmetically redone. There was a lot of cleanup of stray lines about the interior before construction. Another thing, the great chimney in the back once housed an old woodburning stove. That was bricked off and a stainless steelo gas range takes its place. Although I still intend to adjust the cosmetics from time to time, I think it really turned out! Please rate. there is a link to my Facebook page of architecture and homes :)
