I've created a Ikea lack table coupling for my fan.
This will allowed you to fix the fan on the top of the table.
I flipped the part in Slic3r to be sure that the base is on the bottom.
You need to cut a 4.500'' hole on the top of the enclosure. The length is designed for the ''Ikea lack table enclosure''.

Fan used : AC Infinity AXIAL 1225, Muffin Cooling Fan, 115V AC 120mm by 120mm by 25mm Low Speed

Added the part ''Vent Fan (Thick 0_75 inch)'' for a 3/4'' plywood @crogers1975 asked me.
