Velux hat im Laufe der letzten Jahrzehnte für die Jalousetten unterschiedliche Schnurhalter verwendet. Die ersten, die wir an unseren Jalousetten hatten, waren so eine Art Schieberegler mit Spreizklemmen, die aber relativ schnell ihren Geist aufgaben. So einen ziemlich originalgetreuen „Nachbau“ findet man hier auf Thingiverse (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4747760). Ich habe ihn gedruckt und leider brachen auch hier schon beim Einbau die Spreizklemmen wieder ab. Habe dieses Version noch überarbeitet und dIe Spreizklemmen verstärkt. Der Einbau in die Schiene ging gut … nur, nach einigen Malen Hin-und Herschieben, nahm der Widerstand der Spreizklemmen zusehends ab, so dass ein Strammziehen der Schnur nicht mehr möglich war.
Danach folgte ein Halter mit einem runden Kopf und einem Schlitz. Dieser Halter konnte durch eine kurze Drehung festgestellt werden, saß dann auch wirklich fest und die Schnur konnte somit stramm angezogen werden. Dies wird möglich durch einen leicht ovalen Sockel, der durch eine kurze Drehung in der Schiene verkantet.
Diese Prinzip habe ich bei meiner Version angewendet.
Sie besteht aus 2 Teilen, die durch eine Blechschraube (Ø 2,2 x 9,5mm) miteinander verbunden werden. Es entsteht so für das kleine Objekt eine höhere Festigkeit! Der Sockel in der Schiene ist leicht oval (13x14,5mm). Außerdem können die Teile ohne Support gedruckt werden. Es gibt zwei Knaufversionen, eine runde und eine zwölfeckige.
Bei den heutigen Jalousien gilt ein komplett anderes Prinzip.

Velux has used different cord holders for their jalousies over the last few decades.The first ones we had on our jalousies were some kind of sliders with spreading clamps, but they gave up their ghost relatively quickly. You can find such a fairly original "replica" here on Thingiverse (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4747760). I printed it and unfortunately the clamps broke off again during installation. I have reworked this version and strengthened the clamps. The installation in the rails this time went well, but after a few times back and forth, the resistance of the clamps decreased visibly, so that a tightening of the cord was no longer possible.
Then followed a holder with a round head and a slot. This could be fixed by a short rotation. This then sat really tight and the cord could thus be tightened. This is made possible by a slightly oval base, which canted in the rail by a short rotation.
I used this principle with my version.
It consists of 2 parts, which are connected by a self-tapping screw (2.2 x 9.5mm). This gives a higher strength for the small object!
The base in the rail is slightly oval (13x14,5mm). In addition, the parts can be printed without support. There are two knob versions. One round and one dodecagonal.
Today's jalousies are based on a completely different principle.
