Hello
this is a Velux compatible curtain mount, sold in France by stores-et-rideaux e-shop, maybe sold under other brands in other country?
as the original part is prone to break, a printed backup will be of some use.
The design has been done by 2D scanning, vector conversion with Inkscape, then extrude and drill in Freecad. All done with those amazing opensource softwares running on the not less amazing Linux OS, you should give them a try.
Freecad file is included so you can enhance if you need extra strength
