Introduction
This is a brief explanation of the Velcrosuit system for the Grabcad NASA Challenge: A Common Restraint and Mobility Aid System for Multiple Gravity Environments.
The idea consists in a common space suit which has certain velcro strips attached at several parts of the suit and velcros fixed to the internal walls of the habitat. Tools can be held by the spacesuit too, just putting a small velcro strip on them.
Why to choose this option
The main advantages of the Velcrosuit related to a spaceship are:
-It doesn’t have energy consumption
-It doesn’t produce radio frequency interferences
-It is lightweight
-It can be easily repaired and/or modified
-No special tools are needed for installation or repair (I assume there would be sewing thread or a sewing machine in the habitat anyway)
-You can increase the strength of the fixation by adding more velcro strips to the Velcro suit
-It is unharmful
-No mechanical modifications nor reinforced structures needed in the habitat
-Rapid changing and adaptation in function of gravity variations
-It is expected that in a clean enclosure like a space habitat it would last years.
This method lets it be still in cero and micro gravity, and it can be cancelled when normal gravity exists just by covering the velcros with velcro, or for longer periods of time, just by changing the suit for others without velcros.
It’s necessary to put appropriate velcro strips next to the places that are known people will work (computers, tables, laboratories, etc.).
To be still you can attach yourself to the velcro surface with your shoes, your back or even your buttocks.
I would suggest to use the hook (the rough side) on the suit and the loop (the soft one) on the walls, tools, etc.

This is my idea, which is in development:
A suit with velcro stips in some areas (the red ones on the pictures) and shoes or similar with velcro on the shoes sole (shoes are not in the pictures).
In this way, if you put a little piece of velcro on the tools, you can attach them to your body and carry them easily.
You will need velcro surfaces next to the places that need maintenance or even a long velcro carpet through certain places.
To be still you can attach your self to the velcro surface with your shoes, your back or even your buttocks.
I had to use this model from Wodziński Krzysztof: https://grabcad.com/library/human-body-8
If there's any problem with this, please, contact me.
