UPDATE
I've added two nonogonal rifling models, one a 165mm height tube, and one 335mm tube with mouthpiece for you large build volume folks. I seem to get somewhat better performance with this new tube design.
If you're gonna build a nerf blowgun, build it right, eh?
This is a simple blowgun model sized for Nerf Accustrike type darts (.5in). It's intended to be printed in vase mode (otherwise you'll end up with a solid twisted rod!). Zero bottom and top layers, but a raft might be needed, depending on your printer.
There are two models, one for high build volume printers with a mouth cone at 270mm in height, the other is just the tube shortened down to 160mm in height.
Does the rifling work? Well, guessing from the spinning fishtail when I really blast air into it, yes! Although the darts probably aren't spinning super fast, it is noticeable. The design uses pentagonal rifling as the odd number of grooves allows for a better fit on the dart with less blowby. Ratio is 1 turn every 100mm.
For best... er, I mean... funnest results, use a natural color filament. I've printed a couple in natural PETG, and it's awesome.
