While it's a nice gift, be prepared: working with melted chocolate is a damn dirty and terribly tedious job.
This is a mold to produce chocolate with custom text engraved into. A nice gift designed for Valentine's Day. Open it in customizer (Open in Customizer button) to engrave your custom text!
The engraving is 0.6mm in height, so use an appropriate layer height: 0.3mm, 0.2mm, 0.15mm or 0.1mm. The shell's wall is 0.8mm thick (designed for 0.4mm nozzle diameter). The mold has two parts, printed together: the shell and an inner part. You should be able to break/separate them after printing (there's a 0.5mm gap between them).
Molding
Put a plate into the refigerator, and leave it there to cool down.
Melt the chocolate. Experts say you must not heat it above 33.8 Celsius.
Put the inner part and the shell together. Pour the melted chocolate into it.
Move it onto the cold plate in the refrigerator; leave it there for about 10 minutes while chocolate crystallises and hardens back. Let the chocolate side look upward to get nicer surface on the bottom (so leave in the same orientation as it was).
When cooled down, grip the shell with your fingernails, and push the inner part gently until the chocolate pops out. Make sure not to brake the cold&rigid chocolate.
By removing the inner part the engraved text reveals.
Repeat. 90g chocolate it just enough for 3 hearts.
Butter: it makes the separation easier, but you'll end up better surface finish without it. Use it only if you have problems pushing the chocolate our of its shell.
