Die neue Version ist, einschließlich Rahmen, abnehmbar. Auch dann, wenn der Fräsmotor bzw. etwaige Fräser montiert / eingespannt sind. Eine in meinen Augen erhebliche Verbesserung.
Ich habe darüber hinaus im Bereich der Absaugvorrichtung zusätzliche Öffnungen für Neodynmagneten eingelassen, sodass die abnehmbare "Platte" auch bei schnellen Fahrten (von mir bis zu 4500mm/Min getestet) stabil hält.
Um die Bürste einzukleben habe ich dieses Mal Epoxyd Harz verwendet anstatt Sekundenkleber. Funktioniert deutlich besser, da durch den Kapilareffekt der Kleber nicht hochgezogen wird und die Haarbüschel ungewollt aushärten / versteifen.
benötigte Materialien:
18 x Neodym Magneten (d:10 mm)
Schrauben (ich habe Inbus verwendet, wegen der kleineren Köpfe)

M6 Muttern (ich habe rechteckige verwendet 9,5x9,5mm²
Eine abnehmbare Staubabsaugung für eine Sorotec Basic Line 1005. Die Adapterplatte wird durch Magneten an der Haltekonsturktion befestigt. Für die Befestigung habe ich M5 Inbus Schrauben mit rechteckigen Muttern verwendet.

I have also made additional openings for neodynium magnets in the area of ​​the suction device, so that the removable "plate" remains stable even during fast journeys (which I tested up to 4500mm / min).
This time I used epoxy resin to glue the brush in place instead of superglue. Works much better because the capillary effect does not pull the adhesive up and the tufts of hair unintentionally harden / stiffen.
