This is a laser cut extension / riser for the typical UV nail curers, so that larger SLA prints can fit inside, utilizing the full build volume of the Peopoly MOAI SLA resin 3D printer.
Curing chamber size around 14 cm x 14 cm x 18 cm high.
Size should also work for the Formlabs Form1.
Material: 3mm MDF or plywood. If you are in the US, you will have to adjust for the thickness of the MDF.
Instructions: Glue the 3 sidewalls together. Glue the stand piece into the center wall from the back, and glue on the last piece at the back of this. Then glue on the top plate.
Clad the inside of the chamber with aluminium foil or (better) aluminium tape. Do this also with the front cover.
Set your UV lamp on top. Put the removable bottom plate of the UV lamp at the bottom. The front cover can slide onto the little hooks.
This is designed for the particular UV nail curer that we have. The 4 holes in the top plate are for the round feet. Your design may be different, so adjust this for your particular unit.
This is a fairly quick design, so not too fancy.
