Relative voting power is expressed in the height of each state. The taller the state, the more voting power it has. Voting power was found by dividing the number of electoral votes by the population in millions of a state.
Ex: Clifornia has roughly 40 million residents and 55 electoral votes so their voting power is 1.375 while Wyoming with 0.5 million people and 3 electoral votes has a voting power of 6. Now we can see that the vote of a Wyoming resident is equivalent to about 5 Californians. Since California's voting power is 1.375, it is 1.375cm tall. Since Wyoming's voting power is 6, it is 6cm tall.
