10JUN: Added detailed model:

1) Only ONE part file - (4) identical side panels. Rail features are simply suppressed for top/bottom panels before 3D printing

2) NO screws - Added snap connectors to show how fasteners will be 3D printed in the future (i.e., screws)

3) Added circuit board slots with flex tabs to show how standoffs could be eliminated.

4) The 5mm panel (too thick?) cross-section is arched to allow wires to be passed between boards as needed.

5) The assembly posts are slotted to facilitate a snug fit. Subsequent insertion of separation pins and deployment switches will further secure posts in place.

CubeSat built around 4 identical panels that interlock, reducing screw count. The top and bottom panels use the same file and just have the "rail" feature suppressed. Files could be modified to add a custom cutout pattern (access panel, etc).
