This is a remix of my Audio Jack Extender (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4653959), but I added a USB 3.0 Hub to it. The whole thing mounts under the controller for my uplift desk with an Ikea Gerton solid wood top, but it should also be mountable without the controller too.
It uses a pair of cable strain relief boots which I printed in TPU, and I recommend using TPU for the boots. However, I did add an untested solid cable boot which can be printed in PLA or PETG (Audio_extension-1H-CABLE-SR-PLA-A.stl and Audio_extension-1H-CABLE-SR-PLA-B.stl). If you print the solid cable boot please provide some feedback.
This is designed to use the following parts:
MillSO 3.5mm Headphone Extension Cablehttps://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07W7JQ673/
And the USB hub is an Anker 4-Port USB 3.0 Ultra Slim Hubhttps://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07L32B9C2/
It was mounted with some #6 screws but I think #8 would work too.
There is also a pair of small cable management clips (for one or two cables), which can be mounted with some small screws or double sided tape.
To print the cable boot, I used PRILINE TPU which is a less flexible TPU (but works well for this).

Part is not oriented for printing. If you print one, please post a make.
The STEP file is included for easy remixing.
