This is a cardboard box for the Ummagawd 2Fiddy FPV quad with 5" bi-blade props attached. The box is created in two parts, the base and the lid, with the lid flap glued to the outside of the base flap.
I printed the template onto A3 paper (two sheets per part) and used a knife to cut and score 3mm cardboard. A laser cutter would (of course) have been nice.
Created in Fusion 360's sheet metal - the 3D model is viewable online here.
