Ultimate Tronxy X5S Corner Pulley Mounts.
Version 8 for pulley mount
Version 2 for motor mounts
Those two versions have been mounted on my Tronxy and work pretty well.
Notice that the pieces are designed to be reinforced with the transverse slits glued with acetone. This is to avoid layers splitting, and works pretty well but only with ABS (PLA might be gluable with e;g. super glue)
It is built with OpenSCAD and is fully customizable, although based on a X5S's dimensions, some values such as shafts, screws, pulley dimensions can be tailored.
X5S_Build_vN.scad holds the variable (arbitrary) parameters that can be modified to accomodate e;g. different screw head sizes and length.
X5S_UltimateCornerPulleyMount_vN.scad generates the corners (front) pulley mounts. Change the values of SIDE and PART to generate the various parts.
X5S_UltimateStepperMount_vN.scad generates the stepper motor mounts, Change the values of SIDE which generates the corner and its corresponding slits.
X5S_Physics_vN.scad has the constant physical parameters of a X5S and should not need to be modified.
Design is inspired but not quite remixed from several existing ones available notably on Thingiverse.
Parameters direct which part and side to generate. One side has special provisions for mounting endstops, with drill holes that should be compatible with mega gantry.
My X5S is mounted inverted, with endstops on Left side.
