Ultimate Creality Ender 3 Cura Profile

Janruary 4, 2019 - Sorry for my absence lately - the holiday season has gotten in the way of my hobby. However, I've completed testing on the latest profile which is now released as of version 2.0.3.
The 'easy' profile beta still needs more testing so I'll continue to work on that.
Please note that the 1.0 version profile will not import into Cura 4 or later. Instead, use a 2.x.x profile.
For those of you who haven't seen this before, this is another of many available Cura profiles for the Ender 3. Back when I assembled my printer I could never find a profile that sat right in the middle of accuracy, speed and strength so I decided to make my own. After quite a bit of trial and error my profile produced beautiful results. I then realized that the rest of the community could benefit from it and proceeded to post it on Thingiverse in the Ender 3 group.
The profile has grown since then and has been tailored to the needs of the community. I really have to thank @Shenkoe who put the word out with his amazing troubleshooting guide for the Ender 3 and also released his own tailored versions of my profile. Unfortunately I have lately been struggling with the issues with Thingiverse and so have decided to relocate the file download to this Thing. Here you can download tested versions, updated periodically and usually for big releases of Cura (3, 4, upcoming 5) as well as beta releases which have usually not been used much.
Please let me know either in the comments of the topic linked below or below here if there are any revisions that should be made to the profile as it will help a lot.
To download:
DO NOT use the zip download.
This will usually not download the latest version. Instead, go to the files section and select the profile you would like to dowload. Verified profiles are labeled final and beta profiles are labeled as betas. Semi-beta 'testing' profiles are also now available and are labeled as such.
Slicing a 3DBenchy using this profile with supports off currently gives an estimate of 1 hour and 42 minutes. Note that usually this profile has accurate estimates.
Optional configuration:
This profile contains settings for tree supports which are not enabled by default. To enable them, FIRST turn off support generation. If you don't, it will generate both usual and tree supports and print both.
Then go to the experimental dropdown box and enable tree supports.
Enjoy your printing!

P.S.: The STL included is not needed and just a dummy so I can upload to Thingiverse.
