Ultimaker Original - Marlin v2 (2.0.4.4)

Ultimaker Original is lovely machine due to it's kinematics, build quality, upgradability etc...
Unfortunately UMOs "latest" firmware is some 7 years old "Marlin v1 RC1"
Good luck getting something like TMC2130s working or BL Touch or taking advantage of any new features so to speak...
If you do straight "find differences" between UMO old original firmware and latest v2 Marlin - you get more than 50% of code change.
Which turns out very time consuming, how I know this?! I've done it... ;)
So here you go, for anyone willing to get their UMO up to Marlin v2.0.4.4
I've tried to keep it as stock as possible, only difference is PID tuning for my original heat block + E3D's nozzle and I have generic character based "12864 LCD" hence never had original Ultipanel.
To roll back if you wish - simply do "check for updates" from Cure while printer connected via USB.
If anyone can provide PID tuning numbers for original nozzle and Ultipanel specific config - I'm happy to update to have as generic as possible.
