This is a 3-part case for the Udoo computer and controller board with dual 40mm exhaust fans and HDD/SSD. Older versions are still available which offer alternative configurations. Make sure to grab parts from the same revision to ensure they all fit together.
See the updated Gallery pictures for revision 2 details. I recommend a bit of foam tape to pad/secure the HDD/SSD in the bottom case, extra room was left available. Remember to make sure you get 5V fans or you won't be able to use the onboard fan header.
Revision 2 notes:
While there is room for a straight SATA connector to plug into a 2.5" HDD in the carrier below the board, there isn't enough room for a traditional clip in connector on the UDOO itself. I'm looking for a shorter alternative, but fitting a cover on that allows Arduino expansion boards to directly plug in over the top may require soldering the SATA connector wires directly to the pads on the board.
Revision 1 notes:
My design allows the boards to be easily fitted without risk of damaging the numerous connectors and buttons. I have also added mounting tabs so the computer can easily be mounted to whatever project you're working on.
There is a second top for the case right now that has extra openings for ribbon cables to pass through and I can easily add or customize the openings if requested.
Future plans are to change the cooling fan layout and cable routing for HDD. I'll probably be extending the case a bit to move the cables inside as well as moving to dual exhaust fans on the opposite end from the microsd card slot so it can be easily accessed again.

Nov.28 update - Revision 2.0. added an extra base option "Case_bottom_v.2.0_basic" which is just a simpler model of the v.2.0 base with the vents for the exhaust fans and holes for the HDD carrier removed. This would be a better base for users with the Udoo Dual board who want a cleaner/easier to print case. Recommend using the top with extra holes to avoid any overheating

Nov.11 update - Revision 2.0. added extra lid with a bunch of extra holes and the HDD base which has some extra height to it so that 2 40mm exhaust fans can be mounted.

Nov.3 update - Revision 2.0. First release of the new design. Optimized for easy printing and active cooling. The number of vents on the lid has been reduced.

Oct.31 update - Added rudimentary 2.5" (laptop) HDD holder and new case bottom with fan mount and vent hole to let some of the fan air down into the HDD space. Will need to do a complete redesign to move the cables internal and reduce the fan footprint. With a SATA HDD, accessing the microsd won't be as necessary.

Oct.30 update - Changed front panel so half of openings is on bottom and half on top, this should eliminate the need to use support material making for some cleaner prints. Also enlarged the port openings around the micro-USB slots to improve cable fitment. Added optional base with 40mm fan mount.
*** Case bottom with 40mm fan requires the fan to be removed to access microsd card, - it's a work in progress.

Oct.27 update - added cooling slots above WiFi, merged Dual and Quad Core designs, added some fillets to help printing without support material, and other refinements.
