NEED TO PRINT ONLY 3 STL FILES: HANDLE MOUNT, MOUNT-TOP-OPEN-V3, & MOUNT BOTTOM-V3 - Other STLs are for reference only.
--> I printed it in 0.4 resolution to speed up the printing process (looks shabby), but 0.2 is recommended.
Summary:
Since long I was looking for the perfect FPV monitor mount for Turnigy 9XR. I needed a mount that can accommodate mobile phone (Google Pixel 2XL) or tablet (Nexus 7 2013-Generation 2)
After some research, I came across 2 makes. I modified them, and incorporated both of them into my design to serve my purpose.
There are 2 versions of mount top part (sliding part of the mount)
V1 - Closed end - makes it impossible to install 2nd set of M3 screws on bottom part (use wire tie then) - I printed this one, but then used wire tie to fix the base-mount on 9XR handle lower screw holes.
V2 - Open end - Strongly recommended to print this one as it allows to install both the set of screws - Please note: Support required everywhere to print this part. I select support density to be 6% in Cura 4.
I have used wire-ties for now as I don't have M3 screws 40 mm long.
Important Note: Please use 2 rubber bands, so if 1 break, other will still hold the device.
If any doubt, write it in comment section; I will reply you.

Updates -
21/10/2019:
I bought 4 screws M3x40mm (see pics), and converted my v1 sliding part to v2 with my hacksaw. Now it fits awesome on the handle. I have used socket head type hex screws, but you may find flat head screws, which will be better than the one I have used. But the mount has enough clearance that even with socket head screws, screw head stays away from the back of Nexus tablet. I will change to flat type once they are available.
I also designed 3rd versions for Mount_Top_Open (sliding part) & Mount_Bottom. They are designed such that the head of bolts will dip inside the body and won't pop out. So the back of the tablet/phone will not touch the screw heads.
