I created this object when I discovered that Bridgeport,ct was still using an outdated power model of burning coal-like substances. I was angered that these plants were right next to city's baseball stadium and the ocean. when I was discussing this with a friend, at the beach nearby, I noticed all the wind coming over the top of the water, and I thought that maybe, instead of their coal, they could use a sea turbine. But yet another problem came to mind, it was to costly to make a turbine. So I decided to create a concept creation for a floating turbine(that is floating in the water) so here it is!
