Tumble Dryer Pulley by Welshie

Indesit Tumble Dryer Pulley - Ours broke after a year of use, so decided to print one in PETG and use some small 3d printer bearings (633RS 3mmx13mmx5mm) Inserted bearings in either side of the pulley and they fit perfectly.
Both the bearings slide onto the existing arm, you simply need to remove the circlip, dont throw it away as you re-use it to keep the new pulley and bearings in place
Whole thing designed in DSM and the prototype works that well I have installed it as a replacement in the tumble dryer already.
Note - The 3rd image of the pulley attached to a metal support is a stock photo, the original pulley was completely destroyed, which is why I ended up designing a new one

The bearings didnt last, I have created one that will take the larger bearings 22mm diameter, and so far after 3 days its working perfectly.
