I had some time and designed my cooler for the tronxy x5sa pro. The X5SA pro and X5SA have different mounting points for the hotend cooler due to the new OSG rails.
The hotend cooler supports the stock 40mm fan and the part cooling uses 2 40mm fans. When I was changing out my main board to an SKR, the fan wires for the part cooler was reversed so it fried it. The stock part cooler is a blower. Since I had some spare 40mm fans, I built a cooling system where it uses the 40mm fans.
When I designed the part cooling ducts, I was limited to space in between the inductive sensor and the wires going to the hotend. This limited me to have a very narrow and constricting air pathway for the part cooler. generally, a blower fan would work better for this application but what I have laying around where 40mm fans so I designed them for that. still, there is some airflow through the part cooling duct that is used to cool prints.
When I order some blower fans, I will design another fan duct. from what it is now, the design can be slimmed down or refined in some spots to save some filament and have a lighter hotend assembly.
Print orientation is like on the photo.
