Triple M Race Engineering is MSX's performance car and motorsport partner, owning the entire MSX/R race team and 51% of the production car division. The Triple M 45GT is the first Triple M branded production car and the first non MSX based car to come from Triple M. Using their experience with the 5.9L supercharged Tigersnake V8 engine and G-LRS chassis gained from MSX/R's GT3 program, the 45GT has been heavily modified for improved performance, and power has been increased to 635hp though the same six speed manual as other Tigersnake 5.9 powered cars. The suspension has been tuned for better handling and there's a set of MSX/R 8 piston brakes. The body has been widened to accomodate wider rear wheels and tyres and an aerodynamic bodykit has been installed. There is currently no production limit for the 45GT, which will sell for US$40,000 plus the price of the ITC 45GT donor car.
