After seeing the few options available here on Thingiverse, most look like poor fit, so I modeled it up from scratch, careful measurements and modeling of all parts. I printed a few iterations and have something I'm happy with.
Print both parts, the bottom may need supports in the screw holes.
I used 4 x #4 flat head x 1/4" sheetmetal stainless screws from McMaster https://www.mcmaster.com/90065A106/. You can probably drop in some M3x8mm flat head sheetmetal or wood screws just nicely.
Reuses the M2 screw from the stock keyfob into the key shank.
