After having had a jaw operation I have become really addicted to my swiss army knife and especially the toothpick in it. In fear that when I one day (soon) will have to replace it, would have to live a full day without that luxury I decided to print a new one already now.
However, it turned out that a swiss army knife toothpick is not just a swiss army knife toothpick, and none of the ones I found here fitted my knife perfectly. I then decided to remix the best one of the ones I had tested.
I did four changes from the remixed one:
I fattened it up from 1mm to 1.5 mm to make it more stiff.
I shortened the "head" of the toothpick my 0.6 mm to make the top of the toothpick align with the top of the knife.
I moved the lock thingy on the side. I'm not sure it really makes any difference, but at least now it is in the same position as the thingy on the original toothpick.
I flattened the other lock thingy on the flat side of the toothpick. Again, this was only to make it look like the original toothpick.
