This is my take on a cannabis cigar mold. It is a 32 gauge mold for the flower, and 36 gauge mold for the wrapped cigar. I designed this from scratch but have taken inspiration from other designs. This mold should fit anywhere between 7 to 12 grams, as your mileage may vary due to differences in dry product.
Be mindful to move the stick down flush with the mold if using the loader, otherwise you will have to break off the loader to open the mold.
Originally I used a modified packer from this thing:https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3675476
The center hole was made to be used with Wilton Treat Sticks which you can find at Walmart in the party section (at least that is where they are at in multiple local Walmarts here). I found that a bigger center hole was better while smoking the cannagar.
Due to differences in tolerances you may have to modify the loader and pressure bands for your printer slightly. If you are using Cura, just simply increase or decrease the model but less than 5-10%. For the pictures shown I had to upscale the loader by 2% and decrease the pressure bands by 1% wide. THAT IS JUST AN EXAMPLE. I originally printed this in matte black PLA by Spider Maker and it printed perfectly and fit together as intended. However, when I printed it in MikA3D Silk Gold for a friend, I ended up having to slightly sand the inner fit mold and resize the loader and pressure bands to fit. The whole thing takes about a full day to print. As previously stated, this is just due to different tolerances on different printers and filaments.
If you are looking for a mold that will fit closer to an eighth (3.5 grams), I have messed around with a design for it however it was a hassle to make. I do not recommend making one. I may upload my design that uses this mold as a base, however it really is hard to use and the packer may break. Use one of the molds already available if you can find a 22 gauge mold.
