Titan Extruder Clone Servo Shaft Gear

This is a gear that was created to replace the plastic gear that mount directly to the servo motor in the clone titan extruders on TEVO printers. It is likely that it works well on other titan extruders, but it is not tested with anything other than the tevo tornado titan clones.
This gear tooth is designed specifically to be printed, its square shape is easier to print and create infill with. This can be printed on a 0.4mm nozzle, but I would recommend at least 0.3mm. Still my main machines are using parts printed at 0.4mm. Print at 0.16mm layer height, no lower or higher for best results.
When printed in at least PETG, this gear is stronger, and has less slop than the original gear that came with all three of my printers. It will be damaged likely if the nozzle jams, but the last version lasted 1000s of print hours. This version if beefed up.
This is the third version, so the design is very functional at this point so I am sharing it here.
PRINT IN PETG AT MINIMUM, PLA will melt.
