Let me start by apologizing if you're using an FDM/FFF printer because this was not designed with the use of supports in mind and may not be for everyone, though I'd love to know if someone could print it up in PLA or ABS using one. We used a powder bed (binder jet) 3D printer and so it didn't matter at all.
This is a man's face which has been, with much creative licensing involved, put onto a very modified "Pumpkin Statue 3D Scan" by 3DWP on thingiverse, the original pumpkin scan available here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:41194.
His face was scanned using Agisoft Photoscan and with his mouth wide open, he looked like a vampire to me, about to strike at his next victim. The tiny horns and curly facial hair help make him look a bit devilish, too.
