TIG/WIG Grinder
Pro Edition
This TIG Grinder can deal with every messed up tungsten you may or may not have dipped :)
The collet should work for all Dremel-like rotary tools with M18x1.5 thread.
I am using the Trotec PMTS 01-230V Multitool.
If you have a special tool where the collet does not fit, let me know.
Grinding angles: 30°,45°,60°
35mm diamond discs (ebay)
How can this grinder help you get your tungsten back to razor-sharp condition?

Notching functionality:
If the tungsten is too messed up, cut a circular groove above the piece you want to remove with the ultra-safe inset notching cutout. Then, simply take a plier and snap the part off.

Standard collets from your TIG gun:
Allows you to insert balled tungsten into the grinder without cutting off the end. Simply slip your collet on from the back and insert into the tool.

Only one attachment needed for all tungsten sizes: Just use the correct collet for your tungsten diameter.

Use the grinder all day long because the collet acts as a heatsink for the warm tungsten.

Two-Hand Operation:
Thanks to the rectangular body, you can lay the grinder on a bench and spin the tungsten between two fingers resulting in a faster and more uniform grind.

Perfect Grind Orientation:
The Geometry is designed in a way that every tungsten will have grind marks parallel to the tip for a tight arc.
Thanks to Thunderontour, who inspired me to create this design.
Printing:
Should work in PLA thanks to the collets.
Print collet in standing orientation with the small circle at the bottom.
Print upper piece with lettering on the build plate.
No supports.
40% Infill, 4 Walls should be fine.
