The concept is based on prefabricated TB bar, 304steel (but for higher strength can be used 1.4401 (316) and 1.4571.) with a massive 10mm thickness. The vertical side of the TB bar (the web) can be positioned symmetrically THROUGH(in between) the screwing holes, this way the whole assemble can have the proper joining areas with no need for extra reinforcements and weldings. The horizontal part of the TB bar (the flange) can easily allow the CVS to be placed in the designated area with no additional parts, for the battery because of the gap is needed just some extra machined parts who needs (optionally) welding if they cannot be accepted as spacers , even like that the thickness of the flange will offer great stability and welding quality. For saving as much as possible weight the TB bar must be machined or laser cut to remove the excess of metal. The five beams weights an total of 113.5kg. As for the price, giving that the price of the steel bars have roughly a price of 0.73 eur/kg, that means the initial beams can have an estimate price of117.65eur/ all beams, additional machining and overall welding services can add at least 3eur/kg, that means an rough cost of 353 eur/all beams. Adding an overall cost of 120 eur/4 pieces for the battery supports we can estimate a Total cost of 591eur/ all beams. I must add that this is a "street level" price and i assume that there is way better ways for obtaining an greatly optimised corporate price. Thank you!
