What you need is tapping your fingers on your desk, or even better, use this 3D printed, two component stress reliever Thing. No high speed, so no ball bearing required. Just take it between two fingers and let your thumb turn the wheel. No one has to see it because it is so small that you can use it in your pocket. Concentrate and relax. It feels like counting banknotes.
If you really prefer the smooth operation of a ball bearing(D=16, d=5, h=5), print version 2. Version 2 requires support. Apply pressure to combine the printed parts with the bearing (use a vise).
