This project is an attempt to create a digital reproduction of a ring that I have. It is a handcrafted silver ring that I bought years ago.The symbol on the ring is from devanagari scripts and has religious background in the far east. I interpret it as peace and harmony with yourself and the people around you, though don't get me wrong, I'm not superstitious.The ring was created using a torus object and for the OM symbol I simply extruded the faces starting from a cube. The difficulty was to merge both objects together and to create a clean mesh which I think I honestly couldn't really achieve.I would feel honored if you use this ring for your characters or any other projects, just let me know.Latest Change on 2013/08/03, 19:14:52Updated blend file
