THE ONLY Lahti/Husqvarna M/40 IN THE WAREHOUSE!!!

So, I looked around on sketchup, and I was surprised no one has made a lahti pistol! The lahti/husqvarna M/40 is a reliable, but heavy pistol weighing in at 46 oz. empty. It was designed by a swedish innovator, and origionally made by Lahti, however, when the Finnish army adopted the weapon, they manufactured it at their Husqvarna plants under the factory code M/40. The weapon fires 9mm parabellum cartidges, and is famous for its incredibly reliable recoil-operated system. The weapon's only main downfall is the fact that the weapon is so complicated, dissasembling it takes a master gunsmth. This was not a big issue though, as the lahti functioned so well it didn't need to be taken apart very often. Making this pistol, I started from the ground up, I found a picture of it online, drew around that, then made extremely fine details. I then made a side as a component, and duplicated it. Then, while I worked away at one side, since the components were set to not be unique, the other side formed itself as I worked. I pushed, pulled, scaled, offset, and connected pieces together until I had every detail perfect. I then exploded the sides, made the whole thing a component, textured the gun and grips with textures from google images, and softened specific lines that needed softening. The entire process took about 3 hours, and I am happy with the result. Please tell me how I did so I can know what to improve. Thank you for viewing the lahti/Husqvarna M/40! #gun #lahti #m40 #mojomodels #pistol #weapon
