This is my mount for the Chimera head from China (2in 1out) like this onehttps://www.ebay.de/itm/3D-Printer-Chimera-Switcher-Hotend-Dual-Color-Head-Extruder-for-0-4mm-1-75mm/182824261022?hash=item2a912cd59e:g:pvsAAOSw1QpaRadv.
Desinged to be mounted on the Tronxy X5S X-carrier-plate or similar.
Beware: Two M3 threads must be cut into the X-carrier-plate.
The X-endstop must be changed: mine is at the backside of the gantry. Keep that in mind.
Part list:
1x ChiChiMon (printed)
1x Chimera Dual Head
2x M3 20mm screw
1x BL-Touch sensor
2x 5015 blower fan
4x M3 25mm screw + nut
1x 40mm radial fan (or use 30mm fan as original mentioned)
4x M3 15mm screw + washers
Work in progress:
Printed and installed on my Tronxy X5s. Works so far but I have to improve the coldend cooling.
The part-cooling generates a nice sphere below the nozzle.
The BL-Touch (or 3D-Touch) measures 1mm below the Nozzle an can be set down with spacers.
Distance settings for probe:
x -35
y -20
z -1 (measure by your own)
Nozzle will be lower than original, so best use the bed-lowering https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2825583
