I made this (MKS) TFT32 panel mount/bracket with Blender for my home built CoreXY printer. It's attached with two 5mm hex bolts to T-2020 printer frame.
The back is open to allow access to connectors and reset button. I don't use the wifi module so it probably doesn't accommodate that as is. I've included original blend files in case changes are needed. The FullPanel file is with all parts in position for ensuring changes are aligned correctly. The Arms and Top files are with the parts split, rotated and positioned for printing.
I only include STL files for the latter split parts as you wouldn't want to print the FullPanel as is anyway.
Top attaches to bottom arms with 4 - 3x10mm hex bolts. The holes aren't threaded but bolts tap into quite easily on their own. I had to drill out the front thru-holes with a 3mm drill after printed.
I sliced this in Cura and would suggest setting combing to "No Skin" to make for a nicer surface. I forgot to do this in my print and it's a bit ugly. I may re-print later when or if I improve on the original. I printed in Black PETG and it's quite strong and can flex a bit. I'm sure PLA also will work well.
There's a small front-bottom strip to cover up and make it look a bit better from the front. I intended to glue it in but it's actually held nicely with just pressure from side arms so I'll wait and see if that's really needed.
