Simple: It goes on the back left corner under the bed screw, and uses a small zip tie to hold the bed cable.
The 110v bed for the Tornado is both a fantastic feature for fast heating, and a safety hazard due to questionable grounding, and no strain relief. Even if you don't mod your printers, put strain relief on the Tornado. Make it the first thing you print, even before the spool holder.
