TEVO Tarantula - X belt tensioner

I wanted a proper belt tensioner on my X axis, but all projects available here replaces one of carriages on Z axis. This one attaches with almost no intrusive way using one screw that is holding wheel and 2 points on X axis frame, One side gets pressed against carriage, then wheel should be screwed back.
Photos are taken from prototype part, that is actually working, but some holes needed to be enlarged or a bit moved. STL files contain fixed model.
This mod will require:
1x M5 at least 50mm screw with nut head and nut for belt tensioning
2x M4 10/12mm screws
2x M4 T-Nuts
1x M4 20-30mm screw (nut head preferred, but it can be a bit grinded)
1x M4 lock nut
