Spacer that matches the common aluminium Y carriage (i.e. found on Aliexpress).
The idea is to keep the belt parallel to the Y axis when retaining the V wheels.
The STL contains a 5.5mm thick version, to be used with a 3mm Y carriage.
It's easy to resize Z to 4.5mm in the slicer if you're using a 4mm carriage.
I've printed it with 3 walls (1.2mm, and 15% infill).
