I found the build plate stability not really up to scratch with it supported only 1/3 the way along its travel. The addition of a 20x20 extrusion of 250mm length at the rear attached to the frame with "2020 Profile 40mm Corner Bracket 20mm x 40mm" then moved the original 20x40 extrusion forward 20mm. A new y axis extrusion was brought as the original was twisted and mounted using filed down "2020 Profile 20mm Corner Bracket 20mm x 20mm".
Additional 40mm corner backets are used on the forward extrusion to help create a nice square frame. Two more are added to hold the Y axis and keep that straight and square.
The electronics box and power supply no-longer fit, so I designed the attached electronics box adding in a fan support and mounts for simple mosfet boards that can be purchased on aliexpress or anywhere. One mosfet is for controlling the fan, the other via a current adjustable power supply lights switches a LED COB strip for the enclosure light.
Using a level to make sure the y-axis is straight and level, it pays not to screw it tight down.
I now have a very straight and level print bed without the curve that the original tevo design gave me.
A power supply box mounted behind the right Z axis is needed see my design or the one it is remixed from for one that suits.
See https://github.com/mwinters-stuff/Marlin for my marlin configuration.
