Use a heat gun to remove the rear mount from the mirror.

Original TLM mounting screws work on both but the recessed screw version engages more threads.
Also add thermal pad, you need 2 of this one below. Peel off one side, apply and trim. Then peel off the other side before setting the mirror on the cleaned bed. The brackets above hold better with this.
