FAN COLLET - TEK 2465 O-SCOPE
4 Variants available, all of them are split 120deg apart (instead of the stock 4 90 deg split).
This reduces the difficulty of printing them with layer adhesion issues (If you're attempting to print it vertically with a FDM printer).
Ultimately what worked for me was Tek Collet 4 way split final.stl
MSLA printed and then tapped to accept a stud, model comes with a blind hole ready to tap with a M4x0.7 tap.
