When the Dual extruder finally came out for the Taz4, I quickly realized that it was lacking a way to cool the cooling fins and the print. I've seen setups that have fans on each side but it was too bulky adding to the already bulky design. Since there was no good solution in sight, I had to come up with my own solution. The best solution was to design a whole new dual extruder; one with less mass preferably but lets not reinvent the wheel. I simply don't have time for that. The next best solution is to modify the hell out of it. There are a lot of files here. I will list all the parts and provide links to the vendors. Thanks to Lulzbot's open source policy, I can use and modify their files. However, most of the files are designed from scratch.

Be advised that the hotend fan has to be constantly on while the hotends are heated otherwise the dual extruder will risk a meltdown.
All materials are printed out of ABS unless specified otherwise. The file, Hose coupling, is printed out of Ninja Flex.
1) Hose coupling ABS
This piece connects the ribbed hose to middle hose of the duct work.
2) Air Divider
This piece is super glued on the bottom of the flex plate
3) 12mm to 8mm splitter
This piece divides the ribbed hose into two smaller silicone hoses

Modified with an extra notch in the middle to accommodate the air hoses

8)DEFP Jig 02
Used to form the copper pipes into shape.
Instructions:
find a blunt long metal object (Metal peg from my peg board; round the end for good results)
Insert peg into copper pipe and bend the pipe to the approximate shape.
Place pipe into the jig and place the jig into a vice.
Squeeze, tap the pipe with hammer to form the desired shape and then remove it from the vice..
Tap the jig with a hammer. Do not use excessive force.
Cut off the excess pipe that is protruding from the jig.
Sand as necessary
9) Hose coupling (Ninja Flex) (4)
Used to couple the ribbed hose to the dual extruder air duct assembly. It is printed out of Ninja Flex.
10) Dual Extruder Flex Plate
Modified to direct air to the cooling fins and print.

12) Fan Plate 27
This is where the fans, knobs, and switch is mounted. I've tried printing the fonts out but found out the resolution was too low for fonts. I've decided to use my CNC router to V-carve the words in and then spray paint it white. If you want the STL file with the fonts in it, let me know, I'll upload the files.
