Howdy.
I was building a Taz Pro from parts, and I was too cheap to get the Y-Idler manufactured. It seemed entirely unnecessary from a cost / performance perspective, as I don't see what value it adds. If you're not sure, on the Taz Pro, the Y-Idler is made out of machined aluminum and requires a closed loop belt, neither of which did I have.
This will allow you to make a Y-Idler similar to the Taz 6 designs that actually fit the Taz Pro designs, including the really-low-clearance of the Taz Pro's Y-Ends.
