A few minor tweaks to make the blanking plate fit in a Taranis instead of a 9xr/9xr pro, and a (slightly generous) hole punched for the Banggood 4-in-1 Multimodule's bind button. OpenSCAD source the likes of which would make your mother cry is included if you want to put more holes in it, or take some out. I don't judge.
Prints in PLA.
Edit 2016-06-15: Added a module case for the Banggood 4-in-1 Module because it was flopping around on the pins entirely too much for my comfort. Some M2 x 10-12 screws, some M2 nuts and 2mm metal screws (again, scrounge around) and it's snug as a bug and works just fine in my Taranis. The blanking plate on its own is still good for stuff like the Spektrum Hack module or anything else that uses the correct female headers, but these bottom-insert surface mount female headers on the banggood module just don't inspire a lot of confidence.
