Found this toilet paper holder https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4627293 and printed it just to find that the combined model is too narrow for the Costco rolls. I needed it to be at least 218 mm between the posts. Also wanted to make a different honeycomb pattern. So, here it is. There are 2 variants. One with the bigger polygons is harder to print as your material might not allow for that overhang. Other model with smaller polygons if pretty safe to print as polygons turned the way that makes overhangs easy to print. No support is required, you can see it in the video. I included 2 original parts in the ZIP archive. Or you can download them from the author's project page.
New version added. After a month of use we noticed some inconveniences. I believe the original author has corrected them in a different way. But since I live in a different part of the world I made adjustments applicable to my neighborhood. So, the yellow one can now be adjusted for a smaller/bigger roll sizes. This allows me using pandemic-sized rolls - the ones that seems big when in actuality look like a joke compared to a Costco roll. I also added a magnetic "lock" that prevents roll from flying away when it is almost out of paper. Since the posts are removable they can be washed inside. I am also including the moving arms this time because they are changed and have holes for magnets (2 sizes). If you want to download only this version look for files with "V2" in the name. There are also files that are shared between the versions (text labels/plates).
Thank you, Patrick, for this idea. For some reason Thingiverse could not find your project thus not allowing me to specify the source. Here is the original URL: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4627293

PS. Adding FreeCAD files for those who want to change the template width and/or change the text.
